All consultations booked with Envy Websites are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled call. We value your time and our consultants’ expertise, and we commit to providing valuable insights and assistance during each consultation.
No Advice, No Fee
We stand behind our services with a “no advice, no fee” guarantee. If we are unable to resolve your issue or provide an acceptable outcome, you will not be charged for the service.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions for our services, such as SEO plans or ongoing support, are paid monthly in advance via PayPal.
Refunds for subscription fees are only available in the case of system failure or technical issues that prevent us from delivering the promised services.
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via email to our customer support team.
Web Design Services
Our web design services are bespoke and tailored to meet your specific needs.
- Work on your website will commence upon payment of a 25% deposit, invoiced to you.
- The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the project.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if you decide not to proceed with the website after work has commenced.
