Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of project management expertise, technical proficiency, and a passion for delivering unparalleled results.
As our Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our projects meet and exceed the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for multiple website development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and clients, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and addressing any deviations proactively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact in your country for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and addressing feedback and concerns promptly.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance testing and reviews to ensure that deliverables meet the highest standards of functionality, usability, and design aesthetics.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior project management team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex website development projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of web development technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Previous experience in a digital agency or web development environment is a plus.
Salary Range
Variable per job on a contract basis.
