Our story
I qualified as a therapist twenty years ago, and I've worked in salons that put numbers ahead of skin. That's not how we do it here.
When we opened our doors in 2010 the brief was simple: treatments we'd happily book for our own family. Honest pricing. Real conversations. No upsell scripts. No quotas.
Fifteen years on, the team has grown to twelve. We train every junior in-house for at least two years before they take on senior bookings. Our suppliers are picked one by one — many on first-name terms with us. And we still take three minutes at the start of every appointment to ask how you actually are.

Doors opened
Single chair above a coffee shop. First client booked monthly ever since.
2013
Second therapist
Brought on Aisha, took the unit next door, built the brow studio.
2016
Bridal block
Bridal trials became a signature service. 80+ packages a year now.
2022
CACI master clinic
Aesthetics studio added with CACI, LED, microblading.
2025
Beauty academy
Opened upstairs. CIBTAC + Phi Brows accredited courses.
